Overview
Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1100, by Sé̄ Ha̋shīkī 'Marissa Gina' Ca̋chī Jōń Bë̋ Uzeruh. The establishment of Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët's construction back out of the project. Sé̄ Ha̋shīkī 'Marissa Gina' Ca̋chī Jōń Bë̋ Uzeruh pushed on reguardles, and Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët is buildings are arranged within a network of narrow packed earth streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The town's monster and outlaw focused fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

POI
History
Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët used to be more prosperous, but something happened relatively long ago that left it a shrunken shadow of its former self. If the settlement is prosperous, the locals often lament how much more they could have had. If the settlement is not prosperous, the locals blame their ill fortunes on that event. Reminders of this better time can be found in many places within Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami blessed the town with wealth for a year and a day. One of Schyrōv Këqüe Vrët's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
